What is our loyalty points scheme?

Sticker Stocker loyalty points are awarded and redeemed only online at our Sticker Stocker website.

How to earn Loyalty Points

They can be earnt by making a purchase or via other special actions such as creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter or liking our Facebook posts.

Product purchases at the rate of 5 points per £1 of retail product price. When advertised, some or all products may carry loyalty points at a higher rate for a specified period.

Loyalty Points are earned only when an order has been shipped and are then available to redeem against future orders.

How to redeem Loyalty Points

Your available Loyalty Points balance is displayed via the rewards icon in the bottom right of the screen.

Loyalty points may be redeemed at the rate of 1 penny per point as a discount off the cost of goods in the basket. They can only be redeemed in increments of £1. You can choose whether to take a discount as soon as you hit 100 points or save up your points for discount on a future order.

Can points be transferred?

Loyalty points may not be transferred between accounts. An account is defined by the account holder’s email address and password. The email, password and user details of the account may be changed at any time at the user’s discretion, but the loyalty points already earned remain with that account. It is important, therefore, to maintain an existing account accurately rather than create a new one unnecessarily. If you are unsure about how to do this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sticker Stocker reserves the right in its absolute discretion at any time to alter the rate at which loyalty points are earned, or at which existing loyalty points may be redeemed.
